The Community Provider Network of Rhode Island (CPNRI) is excited to announce the first conference of its 2023 Education Series. The kickoff event, Leading From All Levels, will be held on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 at Rhode Island College.

The purpose of this conference is to gather CPNRI members, including Executive Leadership, Mid-Level Managers, and other staff, and bring life to a new momentum of leadership, purpose, and change. The event will feature a keynote address and breakout session by Tim Hebert, CEO and founder of Dirigo Leadership Consulting, as well as breakout sessions facilitated by Dr. Amy Hewitt, Dr. Jill Pfitzenmayer, and Christopher Kush.

As the keynote speaker, Tim will begin the conference with an energizing and inspiring message that will educate and motivate all audience members. Attendees will have the opportunity to pre-register for and attend one breakout session. 

We’re confident that you’ll spend your morning harnessing the tools and resources needed to improve leadership development, succession planning, and advocacy across all levels of leadership within your agency. In the breakout sessions, facilitators will address member organization turnover, the need for workforce development and improved workplace culture, succession planning, and instilling a sense that while there’s incredible achievements to celebrate there’s also so much more work to do. The event will conclude with everyone returning to Gaige Hall 100 for Tim’s closing remarks and a final call-to-action.

All levels of staff are encouraged to attend the keynote presentation and closing remarks.
