Join us on October 24th as we dive into how to lead with inclusive excellence. Put on by the Community Provider Network of Rhode Island, this event will be home to the second and third workshops in our 8-part DEIAB (diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging) workshop series. Our two morning sessions, led by Dr. Amber Kelly, will focus on how to create caring and respectful relationships by exploring trauma-informed care. Following a lunch break, both afternoon sessions, hosted by Equity Intelligence, will explore the concept of implicit bias, and how we can change our mindset to move towards a more equitable workplace. Please be advised that both morning, and both afternoon sessions, are the same. Please only register for up to one of each topic. Each session is limited to 75 participants.
