Rebecca Twitchell
Founder & President, half full
Rebecca is passionate about connecting people and complements any strategic plan with a touch of creativity. Rebecca aspires to live each day as optimistically and realistically as possible. Her story is the backbone behind why half full exists. Go ahead and shake her hand- and ask for the left one. A graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University and the University of California San Diego, Rebecca is known for her facilitation style, problem-solving techniques, and keen ability to adapt and plow through any issues that may affect any of her clients locally, throughout the U.S., and globally (Africa being a favorite).
Adewole “Wole” Akinbi
Facilitator and Community Liaison, half full
Adewole is a Providence native who has spent his entire life in the city. He has a deep passion for youth development, workforce development training and community building. Wole has spent 19 years of his life working in both the non-profit & for-profit sectors in the state of R.I. Wole also represents half full, llc as the primary contact and moderator for the Smith Hill Partners’ Initiative (SHPI). SHPI is a collaboration of stakeholders in the Smith Hill neighborhood in Providence. They come together every month to share events, initiatives, and other efforts to improve the quality of life for Smith Hill residents.
Danielle Bender
Facilitator and Experience Curator, half full
Danielle describes herself as a serial entrepreneur with a passion for people. While working full-time in the court reporting industry, she simultaneously pursued her dream of becoming a professional makeup artist. When the future of her full-time job began to look uncertain, she started another business in the same field. Shortly after, she experienced a significant life change which tested her resilience, resolve and beliefs. This experience led to her becoming passionate about helping others which led to a new career as a life coach and facilitator.
Diane Caine

Diane is a wife, momma, and mammie first. Professionally, she brings two decades of global leadership experience working for Fortune 100 companies. Diane is a highly sought-after speaker and values-driven facilitator. Diane holds a B.S. in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, certified in Maxwell Method of Leadership coaching, DISC Human Behavior, and Six Sigma Green Belt. She is also a contributing author in two books; the recently released, Shining a Light on Grief and soon to be released Born To Rise.

Tim is a perennial entrepreneur, speaker and author. Instead of being distracted by challenges and naysayers, Tim focuses on untapped potential—on the changes you can make that lead to massive opportunity. He has over three decades of experience leading a powerhouse services company, most notably serving as CEO and President of Atrion.
Cindy Scibetta-Butts
Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Facilitator
Cindy started her career in the wellness industry in the early 1980s and has since served on a variety of leadership teams building HR strategies and systems for high growth organizations, and has developed performance management and onboarding programs that build strong cultures and attract top talent. Her favorite place to be is coaching teams and individuals at all levels. Cindy excels at leading workshops and coaching sessions that have a positive and lasting impact on wellbeing and performance. She is an experienced Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and ACE Certified Coach.
Daymyen Tyler Layne, M.Ed, MBA
Founder and CEO, The Layne Group
Daymyen as over 20 years of experience in business and higher education. The Layne Group is a consulting firm that focuses on organizational development, executive coaching and strategic planning through a lens of emotional intelligence. Layne also currently serves as the Director for Multicultural Education and Training at Quinnipiac University. This role entails developing, executing and benchmarking workshops and trainings focused on diversity, justice, social identity development, cultural competence, advocacy for campus constituents, as well as providing leadership and consultancy to several engagement areas across the university.
Andrea St. George, PsyD, CDTLF™

Andrea is the Organization Development Specialist for the Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center in Natick, MA. In this role, Andrea provides coaching, consultation, and facilitation to individuals at all levels to address issues that could impede successful change management and to improve organizational effectiveness. Through coaching and interventions, Andrea provides people with tools necessary to confront issues that may be impacting their personal and professional success. As a skilled coach and facilitator, she helps teams work together to break down barriers to build positive and productive relationships.
Tina Spears, MPA
Executive Director, CPNRI
Tina is an experienced advocate with over 10 years of experience. Tina started her role as an advocate at the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN) in 2005, assisting families gain skills to effectively advocate for their children in the health and education systems. Her boots-on-the-ground experience influenced her passion for policy and her role grew within RIPIN, ultimately becoming the Government Relations Director, leading policy and advocacy for the organization. Tina then went on to work for the Rhode Island State Senate Fiscal Office. She was elected in 2022 as a Rhode Island State Representative.
Grace Duffy
Intern, CPNRI
Grace is a rising junior at Connecticut College studying Public Health and Government. She is currently working as the summer intern for CPNRI this year, working on both legislative and DEIB initiatives. Grace began her advocacy journey at the age of eleven, after facing a cancer diagnosis. Since then, she has become passionate about increasing the amount of federal funding for childhood cancer research. Collectively, she has spoken in front of thousands of people, whether that be at the Rhode Island State House, or at events for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Nick Friend
Communications Director, CPNRI
From working in TV News to calling sports games for ESPN to speaking at the State House in a mouse costume (find out why in the Advocacy 101 breakout session) Nick has a passion for storytelling. With nine years of communications experience, Nick has a passion for teaching and helping others realize the true impact they can have. He believes community and storytelling equals great change.
